Remote Managed Service - a completely managed service
Should you wish to benefit from a higher level of support than that provided by Metadigm's Remote Support Service, your system can be fully managed by Metadigm remotely on your behalf. The Metadigm support team will provide you with an unrivalled service and assurance that your business is secure.
Metadigm will manage your system(s) remotely and undertake all changes to the security policy or configuration as instructed by or in consultation with you. This means that you do not need to have a trained security administrator or even an IT department, as you can delegate any change requests to Metadigm and do not require product knowledge and any specialist security skills.
- The Management Service includes all features of the Support Service plus:
- Full (optionally exclusive) remote management and configuration
- Remote installation of security patches and service packs*
- Liaison with 3rd parties to resolve problems (e.g. ISPs, DNS providers, other service providers, the clients customers)
- The responsibility for maintaining the continuous operation of the covered services and systems.
- Liaison with 3rd parties to identify/repair hardware faults (e.g. hardware engineers)**
* Client must have a current software subscription to gain access to
upgrades and patches
